These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in the stock market training programs (“Courses”) offered by Market Mine (“Institute”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for our courses, you (“student”, “participant”, or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Regulatory Disclaimer (SEBI Requirement)

1.1 We are an educational and training institute.
1.2 We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts.
1.3 The content of our courses, videos, webinars, study material, or live sessions is solely for educational purposes.
1.4 We do not provide buy/sell/hold recommendations, portfolio management, or financial advice.
1.5 Any stock market examples, case studies, or charts shown are illustrative and should not be construed as investment advice.
1.6 Participants are advised to consult SEBI-registered professionals before making investment decisions.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to enroll in any course.

• If under 18, parental/guardian consent is mandatory.

• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Enrollment & Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the selected installment plan before access is granted.

• All payments are non-refundable, except as required under consumer protection laws.

• Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another participant, but may be adjusted against another batch at our discretion.

4. Course Access & Usage

• Course material (videos, PDFs, notes, PPTs, etc.) is for personal use only.

• Sharing, copying, distributing, reselling, or publishing training material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Access to online classes, recordings, and communities may be time-limited as per the plan chosen.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, logos, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Market Mine.

• Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution will result in legal action under copyright laws.

6. Conduct & Participation

• Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior in live sessions, communities, and discussions.

• Misuse of chat groups, spamming, or abusive behavior may lead to termination of access without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any financial loss, profit, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the application of knowledge gained through our courses.

• Trading and investing in the securities market are subject to market risks.

• Past performance examples shown during training do not guarantee future results.

8. Compliance with SEBI & Legal Regulations

• As per SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, we clarify that we do not provide investment advice or stock tips.

• Participants should rely on independent research and SEBI-registered professionals before making investment/trading decisions.

• Any violation of SEBI laws by participants while applying concepts is solely their responsibility.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will only be considered if the request is raised within [2 days] of enrollment and before accessing more than 10% of the course material.

• No refunds will be processed once course access is fully granted or live sessions are attended.

• Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, full or partial refunds may be provided.

10. Certification

• A certificate of completion will be provided only if the participant meets attendance and assessment requirements.

• Certification is for educational acknowledgment and not a SEBI license.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Nashik, India].
